VIDEO: HMRC on sleep-in shifts and the National Minimum Wage

HMRC sleep in

HM Revenue and Customs has published a short video to help care providers comply with National Minimum Wage regulations when providing sleep-in care services.

The webinar explains the instances when sleep-in shifts are classed as working hours and when carers should be paid the National Minimum Wage.

But these rules could change following a Supreme Court hearing, the date for which is yet to be confirmed. Scroll down to play the video.
